These Terms & Conditions apply to INVERTEBRA MATRIX and every INVERTEBRA MATRIX add-on ("the toolkit", "the products"), sold by Framesculpt ("we", "us"). By buying or using the toolkit you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not buy or use it.
01What you are buying
INVERTEBRA MATRIX is a digital prompt toolkit: written instructions, prompts, guides and templates that you use with a chat AI (such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini) and with the image, video, voice, sound and music tools you choose. It is delivered as downloadable files and an online guide.
The toolkit does not include any AI service, account, subscription or credits. You need your own accounts for every tool you use, and you pay those providers yourself.
02Your license
- Personal use. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the toolkit to make your own videos.
- Your videos are yours. The films, scripts and prompts you create with the toolkit belong to you, within the terms of the AI tools you used to make them.
- The files are not for sharing. You may not resell, share, give away, upload, publish, sublicense or rebrand the toolkit files, the online guide or any substantial part of them, and you may not share your download access with others.
- Client work. Making videos for other people or businesses needs the separate client license, if offered. The front-end license covers your own videos only.
03Delivery
Access is delivered right after payment through the access page linked in your purchase confirmation. Please download your files and keep a copy. If a link stops working, contact us and we will help you get your files again.
04Payment and all sales final
Prices are one-time payments unless a page clearly says otherwise. Payment is handled by WarriorPlus. Because the toolkit is a digital product delivered instantly and in full, all sales are final and no refunds are given. Please read the sales page, watch the sample film and read our No-Refund Policy before you buy.
05Your responsibilities
- Check every fact, name and source yourself before you publish. The toolkit asks the AI to use well-documented facts and to list its sources, but AI tools can make mistakes.
- Follow the terms and content rules of every AI tool and platform you use, including any rules about labeling AI-generated content.
- Make sure you have the rights to anything you add to your films, such as music, footage or images that you did not make with your own tools.
- Do not use the toolkit to create content that is illegal, misleading, hateful or that infringes anyone's rights.
06No guarantee of results
The toolkit helps you plan and write; the images, clips and sounds are made by third-party tools we do not control. We do not guarantee any particular result, quality, number of views, audience, sales or income. See the Disclaimer.
07Our content
The toolkit, its text, structure, engines, guides, design and name remain our intellectual property. Your license lets you use them; it does not transfer ownership.
08Limitation of liability
The toolkit is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including lost time, lost income, lost data or problems caused by third-party tools or platforms, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
09Changes
We may update the toolkit and these terms from time to time. The version of these terms on this page applies from the moment it is published.
