This page sets out the license for INVERTEBRA MATRIX and its add-ons (Specimen Vault, Done-For-You Episode Kits, Cinema Studio, Ecosystem Mode and any add-on offered later). It forms part of the Terms & Conditions. Your exact rights are those described here and on the sales page of the product you bought, at the time of purchase.
01License type
Each purchase gives one buyer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. It is not a PLR, resale or master-resale license, and it does not include rights to redistribute the toolkit in any form.
02You may
- use the prompts, engines, guides and spreadsheet to plan and make your own films;
- edit and adapt the prompts for your own projects;
- publish and share the films you make;
- keep copies of the files on your own devices and storage.
03You may not
- resell, give away, share, trade, sublicense or rebrand the toolkit files, the online guide or any substantial part of them;
- publish the prompts or engines, unmodified or lightly edited, as a download, prompt pack, course, template, membership or bundle;
- share your access page or download links, or give access to anyone who has not bought the product;
- use the toolkit to build or train a competing product, prompt library or dataset;
- remove or alter the Framesculpt name or notices in the files.
04Client work
This license covers your own films. Making films for other people or businesses requires a client license, if one is offered for the product.
05Your films and AI-created media
The films, scripts and media you create with the toolkit belong to you, to the extent the AI tools you used allow. Whether generated images, clips, voices or music may be used commercially depends on each AI platform's terms, any third-party material you add, applicable law and this license. Framesculpt claims no ownership of your films and does not transfer ownership of any third-party models, software, fonts, music, photographs or footage.
06Honest presentation
INVERTEBRA MATRIX films are AI-generated depictions of real animals. Label AI-generated content wherever a platform or the law requires it, and do not present AI-generated footage as real filmed wildlife footage, or your narration as independently verified science, unless that description is accurate.
07Review before release
Before you publish, check the animal's anatomy and markings, the facts and names in the narration, any text in the image, and the overall originality of the final film. See the Disclaimers.
08Add-ons
Each add-on carries this same personal license unless its own sales page clearly states otherwise. Add-ons are for use with INVERTEBRA MATRIX.
09End of license
The license ends if you breach it, if a refund is issued or if a payment is reversed. You must then stop using the files and delete every copy. Films you published before the license ended in line with these terms may remain published.
