01Why there are no refunds
When you buy, you receive every file at once: the complete prompts, engines, guides and templates. A digital file cannot be returned once it has been downloaded, so we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or partial refunds for any product, upgrade or add-on.
02Please decide before you buy
- Watch the sample film and read the whole sales page.
- Check that you have a chat AI and the image, video, voice and music tools you want to use.
- Remember the toolkit is for films about invertebrates, in English, and needs you to generate, choose and edit the clips yourself.
By completing your purchase you agree that delivery starts immediately and that, where the law allows, you give up any right to cancel once the files are delivered.
03If something goes wrong, we help
- You cannot download your files or a link does not work: email us and we will get you access.
- You are stuck on a step: read How To Use first, then email us with the step and what the AI replied, and we will point you in the right direction.
- You were charged twice for the same product by mistake: email us with both order numbers and we will look into it with WarriorPlus.
